Good reasons to choose Sindelfingen

The city of Sindelfingen is located in the European metropolitan region of Stuttgart, which is home to around 2.7 million inhabitants. The Stuttgart region contains around 1 million employees who are subject to social insurance and produce a GDP in excess of €95 billion, a figure which is more than some EU member states for example.

The infrastructure could not be better: Sindelfingen is directly adjacent to the A81 motorway and only 15 minutes' drive from Stuttgart International Airport and the New Stuttgart Trade Fair Centre. The direct location on the Stuttgart motorway intersection provides a quick connection to the west via the A8 motorway (Karlsruhe-Munich) and an excellent north-south connection via the A81 motorway (Heilbronn-Singen). Stuttgart Main Railway Station can be reached quickly and easily via the rapid-transit railway (S-Bahn).

Visitors can enjoy a leisurely stroll through two large shopping centres, some specialist stores and a large number of well-stocked retail shops in the city centre. Anyone wanting to take a break can do so in the different restaurants in the city centre. Every taste is catered for.
